Below is a chronological list of steps that will occur in the process of developing your Workforce Management solution.
- Talk about the project in general terms.
- In most cases our clients discover that the template we start them out with is anywhere from 80% to 100% complete at the time of deployment and requires very little customization. We will examine to find out how much customization your solution will require, if any.
- Customization plans range from an "On Demand" rate of $75 per hour to low "long-term" or "on-going" weekly or monthly rates. All projects are negotiable.
- Your Workforce Management template will be uploaded to the server and you will be issued User Names and Passwords so you can access and begin working in your WFM database immediately.
- Client input is an integral part of our customization and development. As your solutions develop you will begin testing what we have done to make sure that it looks and works the way you want it to. We will make adjustments as a result of the testing and move on to the next phase.
- We continue with this process until we meet all of your demands. In the end, you get a Workforce Management Solution that looks and functions the way you want it to. No surprises.
- You have the option to purchase your database solution or continue using it on a month-to-month basis.
